Welcome

If you're interested in conscious living, then likely you're just as equally interested in Zen but simply not knowingly interested.

Usually Zen is associated with Japanese culture and religious or Buddhism practice, but true Zen (or at least the way this site uses the term) is emphasizing the value of conscious living.

Zen and conscious living come together and go hand-in-hand. Hence, conscious living without Zen is a huge oversight and vice-versa because these are not two.

"Conscious Flex: Zen & Conscious Living" is designed to offer a partnership of how these seemingly two are actually one movement.

Zen is the foundational spaciousness or presence from which conscious living derives. In the same manner that an artist, inventor or intuitive actions come from the stillness in the silence of non-movement.

In other words, Zen is a resting in the powerful space of not thinking about thought, not doing anything about doing, not trying to be the solver or understander, the knower collector but simply allowing the intelligence of life to flow through you and as you.

What is described can be thought of as meditation or accessing our intuition, but it's actually just natural living.

Often you will see kids in a natural resting space or presence and we tell them "snap out of it" because we think they are in "lala land" or "fantasy land" and not paying attention but actually they are simply being completely present with what is. It's natural to just rest and be, that's the flow from which insight and wisdom arises from.

Hence, conscious living is also the natural flow of how life organically expands upon itself. Consequently, conscious living is Zen living, when it's pure and without conceptual overlays.

Enjoy!
  • How to Use Intention to Experience a Desired Change

All things through the observation of your life will change eventually, since everything is temporary. The only thing in life that is guaranteed, is that change will happen in time. Think on this deeply and you will see that change is the only consistent.
Everything you perceive is what you are paying attention to. Paying attention creates intention. Every intention is directed by attention. The more attention you pay, the more intention directs the manifestation of your focus. Not because a change is happening around you, but because a change happens from consciousness and is directed through the act of focus.

Infinite Potential is everywhere, all the time. Infinite potential can not reveal itself as anything certain/ specific unless or until it is observed. In other words, everything that could ever happen is happening all at once in every single moment (which in the essence of everything existing, nothing really exists until perceived). Your filters narrow this down. This is what makes infinite potential possible.

Once an intention (paying attention to something) starts (you are always paying attention to something), it is automatically processed through your filters and into your observed reality. There is an automatic stimulus response in the process of every intention. Every intention is manifested naturally. A natural energy behind every intention is processed into matter effortlessly. For an example of how this works, think back to a time you were inspired. How did feel? Did anything require effort on your part? There is a natural essence behind inspiration that drives people to act with ease and respond automatically. The reason for this, is because inspiration is the energy of intention vibrating at the level of being. In other words, inspiration and intention are the same thing (automatically applied). The only reason inspiration seems to be more visible and present, is because the field around inspiration is vibrating at a different speed.

    As I carefully explained in
The Vibrational Process Within the Infinite Potential Consciousness: Vibration is the force behind everything, for the reason that it creates energy into matter and holds the form of that energy. Vibration holds energy in position by the speed of the vibration. In other words, everything you see or feel is nothing more than a group of particles or energy moving and vibrating at such tremendous speeds. Everything in existence operates in moving vibration. In fact, intuition is the result of the vibration (that you are paying attention to) slowing down. Usually people experience intuition in a time where their life is threatened and they must make a quick choice to do something in order to survive. During these moments, time seems to slow down and you know exactly what to do.

Intentions are started unconsciously and consciously. A desired intention is the result of thinking about what you are thinking. To be aware of your conscious thoughts. Being aware of your thoughts, is noticing what you are paying attention to.

Every intended desire is made possible by change from within consciousness.
I heard somewhere, "the word desire in its Latin form means- Of the Father, De-sire. In other words, that desire, that thought process that grew the desire in the first place, was given to you. The moment a desire enters your consciousness, instantly comes the ability to achieve it. That ability is built within you (your consciousness) or the desire would not be there in the first place."

As a result, there is no need to
reshape, mold, bend, push, and oblige things in place with force in order for your desired change to happen. All that is needed is a change of focus. Most people focus on what they do not have, what they do not want, and the ego of things (which manifest problems of simple focus).

If your desire is to become very skilled at something in life you must make it your focus to see it grow. If sharpening your skills at art is your goal, then you must see, hear, smell, taste, and breathe art. Watch documentaries about art, listen to audio covering art, research art, take art classes, and focus on anything art related. It is obvious that if done consistently, then art will become a very powerful skill in your life and eventually you will express yourself through your art and create more art in this world! This is true for anything you focus on or pay attention to in life.

For example, when focusing on thoughts of the past, it creates the past. When recognizing that you do not have that which you desire, then you continue to create the experience of not having it and when thinking of your current situation, you create it.

Start focusing on your thoughts (what your paying attention to), since your thoughts are continuously producing intent (rather you consciously or unconsciously think). Next begin to direct your thoughts into desired experiences. Here is an article called "Your Brain Does NOT Know the Difference!" on how to do that.
